Because each piece is created individually as ordered, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Our designs are often chosen as meaningful, gift-worthy items, making them easy to pass along to someone special if they’re not the right fit for you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
To request a refund please contact us at support@livingredesigned.com with:
1. Your full name
2. Order number
3. Name of the item you are returning
4. Reason for return
You will receive an email with return instructions within 3 business days. We recommend shipping your package by a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail. Shipping is non-refundable and at your own expense.
Please allow 14 days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed. Returns will be refunded in the same form the purchase was made.
